We were there for a cheer competition, so 2 mom's and 3 daughters and lots of stuff. This room was such a great size for all of us, rooms were comfortable. The rooms were very clean. The staff was amazing! I received a phone call prior to my arrival asking me my preferences on room location and room type, which was so nice. The check-in was so friendly and nice and I received a text checking in on me and making sure we didn't need anything. We were so close to the Convention Center which was amazing. About 1 mile away. We had to go back and forth multiple times a day, so the convenience of the location was great. Grounds were beautiful and well maintained. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Having the kitchen was amazing since I was traveling with 2 young kids. And having the extra space was really nice. Also the covered parking was nice to have with the heat, though my car almost didn't fit. :) And I wanted to say a special thank you to Kenny in maintenance. He came out first thing in the morning to fix our toilet. He was very courteous and kind with my kids. And anytime we saw him around the property he would always say hello and ask if the kids were having fun. That means a lot to a single parent. All of the staff that we encountered would very kind and welcoming. Thank you!

The condo was large and roomy. The kitchen was well equiped and easy to work in. The lounge was comfortable. The bedrooms were large and the beds very comfortable. The swimming pools were kept at a good temperature and the pool deck furniture was in good condition. The hot tub worked well. The staff were very helpful and charming. It was within easy reach of downtown Palm Springs and it's attractions. The resort had numerous citrus fruit trees and the fruit was free for the reidents to pick.

The property is beautiful and well kept, the desk staff and grounds and housekeeping staff are all friendly and helpful. The entire space was clean and comfortable. The bed was super comfy and the pools were delightful. Wonderful place and the value for money is excellent. It's also close enough to Palm Springs attractions without feeling like you're in the heart of the busy areas.

The location was perfect. It was close to many restaurants and attractions. There were also a lot of little areas around the hotel to sit down and hang out or eat your food. They also gave us a calender with activities they suggested each day. We did a few. Overall the place was clean, beautiful and a great place for a comfortable stay. I would 1000% stay here again!
